As the name says, I am nuts about needlepoint (or tapestry as it's know here is Oz). I've been an avid stitcher for 21 years, thanks to a gift of lessons from my dear mother-in-law while I was expecting our first baby and bed bound. Since then I've progessed from basic, continental and wool canvasses through to my favourites - the creative tapestry works that incorporate different threads, stitches and embellishments to add dimension and character to each individual canvas.
